Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Ingredients
Large case of strawberries
Lily’s Dark baking chocolate - 4 oz. or 8 tbsp.
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream
tbsp. monk fruit - or sugar replacement
Optional - assorted toppings (chopped nuts or coconut flakes)
Instructions
Heat up and wisp together the cream, monk fruit, and vanilla - once it’s simmering - add in chocolate- melt it all together!
Set aside for about 20 min or till it’s a bit cool - best for dipping!
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and dip those amazing strawberries!
Sprinkle your favorite toppings over the chocolate-coated strawberries.
Place in the refrigerator to cool - and enjoy!
