Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

  • Large case of strawberries

  • Lily’s Dark baking chocolate - 4 oz. or 8 tbsp.

  • 2 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • tbsp. monk fruit - or sugar replacement

  • Optional - assorted toppings (chopped nuts or coconut flakes)

Instructions

  • Heat up and wisp together the cream, monk fruit, and vanilla - once it’s simmering - add in chocolate- melt it all together!

  • Set aside for about 20 min or till it’s a bit cool - best for dipping!

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and dip those amazing strawberries!

  • Sprinkle your favorite toppings over the chocolate-coated strawberries.

Place in the refrigerator to cool - and enjoy!
