Protein Berry Smooth Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries (any combination of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)

  • 1/4 frozen banana (optional for thickening)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond butter , (or nut butter of choice or use seed butter for nut-free)

  • 1 or 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use KETO//OS PRØ)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all smoothie ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. You might need to give it a few shakes mid-blend.

  • Pour it into a bowl.

  • Add your favorite toppings: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, 1 tbsp drizzled peanut butter, chia seeds, goji berries, protein granola
